Hunan Fuda Chemical CO., Ltd, whose original name was Lizhou Fuda washing powder factory, was set up in 1985. As the requirement of development, our company was registered in Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bureau as Hunan Fuda Chemical CO., Ltd on August 15, 1997, and continues to focus on the research and development, production and vendition of the daily chemical products and transfer of the technology. Our company consists of three chemical engineering machinery factories: a washing product branch factory, a comprehensive institute and a product quality inspection bureau, whose total area reaches to 6000m2. Among over 60 staff, 80% are above junior college, 1 researcher, 5 senior engineers and 20 intermediate-upwards professional engineering technicians. The main products are washing powder and its production equipments, fancy soap, transparent soap production equipments, laundry liquid, washing detergent, transparent soap, fancy soap, hand washing, ecological putty-powder, shampoo, collar-cleaning agent, bottle-washing agent, disinfectant, etc. about 40 kinds of daily chemical production equipments and their technology. The advanced equipment and crafts have been exported to over 30 countries such as South Africa, Malaysia, Vietnam, Egypt, North Korea and Corea.
We got the National Patent for the first mini-type washing powder production equipment on May 25, 1995 [Patent No. ZL95236867.6] and that for the first mini-type liquid washing equipment on April 2, 1996. Till now, we have got 24 patents for the product and technology. Especially “the non-phosphorus inflating washing powder chelating agent and its production method”, that is FD998 decontamination froth inflating agent [NPIZLd1114490.4, national patent main sort No.: C11D1/83] and the washing powder slurry inflating craft national patent [No. ZL0223411.X], which are researched and developed by our company, settled the problems of serious pollution of “ three wastes”, big equipment investment and decrease of the actives in the production of washing products by large and high tower spraying craft.
